Habeeb Sheikh is a writer with extensive experience publishing short stories and articles in both Urdu and English. His Urdu short story collection, Khaamosh Dastak  خاموش دستک (published in Pakistan in 2024 and revised edition was published in May 2026), was well-received and honored with the Abul Fazal Siddiqui Award.  The book is available on Amazon, and Barnes & Noble.

His English short story collection, The Last Idol, was published in August 2026. The book can be acquired from Amazon and Barnes & Noble.

He is currently working on another Urdu book, Bujhtey huey Chiragh,  بجھتے ہوئے چراغ which features his articles on the unsung heroes of Pakistan.
